Vital Switch seminars are delivered in a range of modules for half-day, full-day or two-day workshops. We also facilitate weekly classes when appropriate. Our workshops and seminars are delivered to groups and businesses, either in a private setting for in-house meetings or to the public.
The modules delivered in Vital Switch seminars:
- improve people’s ability to focus at work,
- boost creativity and intuition skills,
- cultivate empathy and listening skills,
- help individuals to increase their vitality,
- reduce stress levels.
Principles of meditation underpin the work of Vital Switch. But our techniques are not contemplative, they are dynamic and produce more vitality. We draw on principles of martial arts without focusing on physical exercise. The gathering and centering of energy associated with martial arts is part of our work. The Vital Switch methods result in optimized performance at work, better quality recuperation at home and more satisfying intimacy with your loved ones. The methods involve a whole suite of exercises to improve vitality, focus, creativity, team building and communication.
The seminar topics are split into basic stand-alone modules:
Module A: Stress reduction
- meditation-based exercises to reduce the tension experienced with stress,
- techniques for grounding and centering at work, reducing stress-related reactions under high-pressure situations,
- relaxation practices improving the regenerative quality of sleep and helping you to let go of tension and stress easily,
- quick methods for reviving mental clarity and lifting fatigue while in the office or on the job,
- exercises to prevent burnout, or to help recovery from burnout syndrome.

Module B: Cultivating vitality
- meditation-based exercises for boosting life force or qi,
- exercises to boost stamina and enthusiasm for daily activities,
- techniques to improve the regenerative quality of sleep,
- understanding electromagnetic fields and learning how to manage your environment for better health and vitality.
Module C: Creativity and intuition
- Albert Einstein quote: “You can never solve a problem on the level on which it was created.” Techniques for shifting your standpoint from which you are viewing the problem,
- short meditation-based techniques for creativity and intuition that can be used in teams, pairs or alone to prepare for problem solving or brain storming sessions,
- learn how to work in pairs to build intuitive skills,
- exercises which help people to see problems from a lighter and more creative state of mind.
