The Vital Switch one-on-one sessions include a unique system of meditation-based therapies called Inner Space Techniques.
Stemming from a meditation background, the IST approach takes you beyond the ordinary thinking level of the mind into a more expanded sense of yourself. From this perspective a clearer vision of your life can be accessed, and feelings of deep peace and lightness are not uncommon.
Inner Space Techniques, developed by the Clairvision School of meditation, also give you a firsthand experience of the energy behind your emotions, your wantings, and your drive (or lack of it). Working at this energetic, subtle level brings about a different relationship to the unconscious, internal forces that drive your life. The result is a sense of freedom and levity, which when combined spells enthusiasm and a new lease on life.
It is not what you believe or think that will change you – it is what you experience. The emphasis in a Vital Switch session is on a direct experience of yourself at a deeper level. The realizations and openings that result are profound and life-changing. Also no prior experience in meditation is required we facilitate the meditation like space with a gentle guided practice.
