Matteus is a partner of Vital Switch. He leads weekly group trainings in New York city focusing on energy management and meditation based techniques for increasing vitality and clarity. He has led workshops in Australia, Singapore, Philippines and the US and has 16 years experience working with dynamic energy cultivating meditation practices. Matteus has more than 15 years of intensive training in meditation-based techniques and therapy through the Clairvision School of meditation. Matteus has literally given thousands of individual sessions using the Vital Switch meditation-based techniques to help people change their lives. His style is unique in that he brings clarity and purpose to the life purpose or direction of many his clients, along with the ability to cut through any internal barriers using his own qualities of heart and precision. Originally from Sydney Australia, Matteus also has an MBA from Macquarie University Sydney, and completed 3 years actor training at the Actors Center.

Samantha Keen

Samantha Keen

Samantha is a partner of Vital Switch. Prior to starting Vital Switch, Samantha spent 12 years working as a financial journalist writing for newspapers, magazines and wire services in Australia and the UK. She also has eight years of intensive training in meditation and meditation-based therapies with Dr. Samuel Sagan, the founder of the Clairvision School of meditation.

Since 2004 Samantha has been running courses in energy management and meditation around the world. She has worked in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA. She specialized in working with people with a range of vitality issues including chronic fatigue and burnout, sexuality issues, personal empowerment and vitality management. She is currently writing a book on this topic which has involved years of research, including more than fifty individual case studies with people who have had CFS or burnout. Samantha also recovered from CFS using the same techniques that Vital Switch teaches and promotes. Samantha is now based in New York, USA seeing clients for individual sessions and running workshops for Vital Switch.
