What is Vital Switch?
Vital Switch offers one and two day workshops, weekly trainings, and individual sessions in the area of meditation skills, vitality enhancement and stress reduction.
Our techniques are very practical, stem from a meditation background, and are designed to be implemented during your normal daily activities.
